Access Channel 13 provides government access programming to Cable One subscribers in the Prescott franchise area. The City of Prescott partners with the non-profit, independent Access 13 to produce and air the following government programs:

• Prescott City Council Meetings
• Prescott Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings
• Prescott Board of Adjustment Meetings
• Prescott Preservation Commission Meetings
• Special/Community Meetings and Town Halls
• Prescott Today Show: Hosted by Prescott City Council members, Prescott Today is a 30-minute public affairs talk show with invited guests sharing news and information of interest to city residents.
• Community Roundtable: A monthly, hour-long roundtable discussion of topics of interest to Prescott Area residents. The public is invited to view the taping and to ask questions of the panelists.
• Rec TV: News and information about recreational opportunities in the Prescott area.
• Other informational programs of interest to city residents
